House Rules

Welcome to Monastery Barn. We really hope you enjoy your stay at our home as we have taken pleasure in preparing the Barn to ensure that your stay is a happy & memorable one.

• Be mindful after 10 pm at night that noise carries & disturbs our neighbours

• Use glassware carefully in the garden/terrace areas as broken glass can be dangerous

• Any outdoor instant/disposable BBQ's must be safely extinguished at the end of the day/evening

• Any candles used inside & outside must be fully extinguished after use

• The use of Caterers is permitted however we would ask that you inform us of the name & contact details of catering company you are thinking of using.

• If you are considering using third party services you must ask us in writing prior, particularly for; bouncy castles, gazebos, marquees, bucking bronco's, professional party suppliers

• Please note, that "disco equipment" cannot be used as the sound levels generated would upset our neighbours

• Please ensure that confetti is not scattered anywhere outside as it takes extra hours (which are chargeable) for the gardeners to clear

• Please recycle garbage according to the bins outside the kitchen door

• The house should be left in the condition you found it, however we do not expect you to do any dusting or hoovering !!!

The house is made available for your use and wherever possible we have tried to ensure your safety however please note that you use Monastery Barn and all its facilities are at your own risk. Please also ensure that any children are supervised at all times.
